并网分布式能源的主动容错控制:故障诊断与重构

摘要

本文针对将分布式能源(DER)接入电网的电压源换流器(VSC),提出一种执行器主动容错控制器(FTC)。所提主动 FTC 包括诊断与重构两个单元。通过检验已知输入信号与测得输出电流同系统无故障模型的一致性,诊断单元识别执行器故障。在执行器失效情况下,重构单元利用虚拟执行器(VA)使控制器适应故障 VSC 模型,从而使 VSC 的有功与无功输出功率跟踪电网期望的参考值。通过对并网 VSC 的数值仿真展示了所提 FTC 的性能。
