三角形石墨烯-氮化硼核壳纳米结构光学性质的第一性原理研究

摘要
我们使用密度泛函理论计算了原子尺寸的三角形截面石墨烯-氮化硼核壳纳米片的光学性质。光学性质可以通过使用不同尺寸和比例的核壳材料来调节。指出了在非偏振光吸收中，光学矢量不同取向所表现出的各向异性效应。
