摘要
圆二色性（CD）光谱是表征手性分子的有用技术。它比总吸收对分子构象更敏感，并常规用于识别对映体。我们在此给出含芳香基团的环二肽 c-GlyPhe 在含时（TD）B3LYP 近似下的吸收与 CD 光谱。将局域基组代码（Orca 与 MolGW）的结果与我们于 Yambo 代码中开发的、使用平面波基组的新型 TD-B3LYP 实现仔细比较。
