摘要
圆二色（CD）光谱是一种用于表征手性分子的有用技术。它比总吸收对分子构象更敏感，并且常用于识别对映异构体。我们在此提出一种从头算的 CD 实现，并应用于三种环二肽。我们针对分子的 CD 方法已集成在 Yambo 程序 [1] 的 5.0 版本中，该程序基于 GPL 协议发布。
