摘要
阻抗是为许多电力电子相关应用提供有用信息的重要参数之一。已有大量电力电子中的阻抗测量方法被报道。然而，文献中尚未发现就这些方法的特征、优点和局限性进行的全面研究。为弥补这一空白，本文对阻抗测量方法进行了综述。对这些方法进行了介绍和讨论，并根据测量模式、原理和仪器将其分类为不同类别。此外，还提出了关于阻抗测量未来研究的建议。
