电感耦合方法的在路阻抗测量装置：综述

摘要
在路阻抗测量为许多EMC应用提供有用信息。电感耦合方法因其非接触特性和简单的现场实施而成为很有前景的在路阻抗测量方法。已报道了该方法的许多测量装置。然而，文献中尚未发现对这些装置的全面调研与比较。本文从特性、局限和应用方面综述这些装置。此外，还给出了对未来研究的建议。
