帕金森病起源的干细胞衰老假说

摘要
在富含假说的数学框架下，分析了帕金森病(PD)患者和对照组的全转录组血液表达数据集。分析表明，在已知或预测在PD中受到干扰的许多过程中，血细胞存在差异表达。我们提出，PD患者的循环血细胞可能处于完全的PD表达状态。我们提出假说：散发性PD可能源于造血干细胞/分化过程表达程序缺陷，并建议这一研究方向值得进一步探究。
