摘要

构造 $t$ -设计有两种标准方法。第一种基于置换群在某些基区组上的作用。第二种基于编码理论。本文的目标是通过引入 $t$ -设计的特征布尔函数，给出所有 $t$ -设计的谱特征刻画。我们确定了 $(n-2)/2$ - $(n, n/2, 1)$ Steiner 系的特征函数谱，并证明了此类设计的性质。Delsarte 对正交阵列和 $t$ -设计的刻画（这是 Delsarte 对结合方案中 $T$ -设计刻画的两个特例）被稍加扩展为两种谱刻画。Delsarte 和 Seidel 对 $t$ -设计的另一种刻画也被扩展为一种谱刻画。随后，我们将这些谱刻画与本文提出的新谱刻画进行了比较。
