摘要
在这篇简短注记中，我们证明了：给定两个（不一定是二分的） rooted 系统发育树 T_1, T_2，它们基于相同的分类单元集 X，其中 |X|=n，T_1 和 T_2 的杂交数可以在 O^{*}(2^n) 即 O(2^{n} poly(n)) 的时间内计算出来。该结果还意味着最大无环一致森林 (MAAF) 也可以在相同的时间界限内计算得出。
