摘要
随机矩阵模型编码了随机二维曲面理论，应用于弦论、共形场论、随机几何中的统计物理以及二维量子引力。其成功的关键在于 't Hooft 引入的 1/N 展开。随机张量模型将随机矩阵推广为随机高维空间理论。长期以来，张量缺乏可行的 1/N 展开，限制了其成功应用。一系列近期成果改变了这一局面，实现了 1/N 展开向张量的推广。本文综述了这些结果。
