冰川学中的贝叶斯建模综述

摘要
用于建模与推断的贝叶斯方法在冰冻圈科学特别是冰川学中的应用日益增多。本文我们呈现一篇近期采用贝叶斯方法进行分析的冰川学工作综述。我们将该章节分为三类：i) 高斯-高斯模型，ii) 贝叶斯层次模型，以及 iii) 贝叶斯校准方法。此外，我们给出两个涉及冰川学中贝叶斯层次模型应用的详细案例研究。第一个案例关于冰岛山地冰川 Langjökull 表面物质平衡的空间预测，第二个关于南极冰盖对海平面上升贡献的预测。本章的呈现方式使其既便于统计学家也便于地球科学家理解。
