利用共振软 X 射线粉末衍射确定 A 位有序 SmBaMn2O6 中的轨道有序

摘要
我们在 A 位有序 SmBaMn2O6 的 Mn L2,3 边进行了软 X 射线共振粉末衍射实验。(1/2 1/2 0) 反射的能量和偏振依赖性为 (x2-z2)/(y2-z2) 型轨道有序提供了直接证据，这与单层锰氧化物不同。该反射的温度依赖性表明在 210 K 处存在轨道重取向转变，在此温度以下，电荷和轨道有序的 MnO2 层显示出 AAAA 型堆叠。伴随的铁磁超交换关联减弱导致了进一步的电荷局域化。
