摘要
航空航天工业依赖于涵盖系统描述、手册或程序的大量复杂技术文档集合。本文提出了一种问答（QA）系统，可通过自然语言与系统自然交互并提问，帮助飞机飞行员访问这些文档中的信息。在描述对话系统的每个模块后，我们提出了一种基于多任务的 QA 模块方法，可在 Flight Crew Operating Manual（FCOM）数据集上提升性能。同时还给出了一种结合检索模块与 QA 模块打分的方法。
