预测了相互作用费米子或玻色子系统中公度势与无序竞争产生的新热力学相。它需要有限范围相互作用。该相介于 Mott 绝缘体和 Anderson 绝缘体之间，既不可压缩，又在电导率中没有间隙。对于具有相关无序的公度经典弹性系统，也预测了相应的相。
