摘要
Mooley (1973) 在将伽马分布拟合降雨数据时使用了错误的假设“对于所有理论方差可独立于通过矩估计法以外的任何方法估计的参数进行计算的分布”，随后多位研究人员沿用了此假设。我们表明，检验统计量的渐近分布通常甚至无法与任何中心卡方分布进行比较。我们还描述了一种用于检查一类分布的渐近分布有效性的方法。
