摘要
本文提出了一种替代的前相对论方法，用于处理由真空麦克斯韦方程组所描述的真空情形下的经典电动力学。我们的观点基于这样的理解：相应的微分方程在本质上应是动力学的，且由其表示的物理关系至少在原则上应可直接验证，因此它们必须代表局域的能量 - 动量平衡关系。
