摘要
具有离散寿命的竞争风险数据在实践中会出现。然而，针对此类数据的文献有限。本文中，我们提出一种基于 U 统计量的非参数检验，用于检验当寿命为离散随机变量时竞争风险数据的失效时间与失效原因之间的独立性。推导了所提检验统计量的渐近分布。进行了广泛的蒙特卡洛模拟研究以评估所提检验的有限样本表现。使用口腔癌患者与药物暴露妊娠的真实数据集说明了该检验过程的灵活性。
