摘要
在生发中心反应期间可观察到两个特定区域的出现：暗区与明区。迄今为止，这些区域的起源与功能仍知之甚少。在一个随机离散模型框架下，我们研究了生发中心反应期间区域形成的若干可能路径。并讨论了生发中心内这些区域对于亲和力成熟（即抗体优化过程）的重要性。
