用于探测器前端读出的低功耗低延迟双通道串行器ASIC

摘要

本文提出一种用于探测器前端读出的双通道串行器ASIC,即LOCx2,及其引脚兼容备份LOCx2-130。LOCx2采用0.25-um蓝宝石硅CMOS工艺制造,每通道工作速率为5.12 Gbps;而LOCx2-130采用130-nm体CMOS工艺制造,每通道工作速率为4.8 Gbps。LOCx2的功耗和传输延迟分别为900 mW和27 ns,LOCx2-130的相应仿真结果分别为386 mW和38 ns。
