摘要
决策支持系统在医学领域发挥着重要作用，因为它们可以辅助临床医生更高效、有效地处理复杂的决策过程。然而，在头痛疾病的诊断中，现有方法和工具仍非最优。一方面，为支持这一复杂且广泛的疾病谱诊断，国际头痛协会于 1988 年发布了国际头痛疾病分类（ICHD），现为第 3 版：一份 200 页的文档，分类超过 300 种不同头痛，每种通过一组特定的非平凡诊断标准来识别。另一方面，头痛疾病数量众多及其复杂标准，使得临床医生和现有自动工具在病史采集过程中都不准确且不详尽。为弥补这一差距，我们提出 HEAD-ASP，一种用于头痛疾病诊断的新型决策支持系统。通过 REST Web 服务，HEAD-ASP 实现了一个符合 ICHD-3 的动态问卷，利用两个逻辑模块达成完整诊断，同时尽量最小化向患者提出的问题总数。最后，HEAD-ASP 可免费在线使用，并正从测试它的神经科医生群体获得非常积极的反馈。
