初级医疗中患者与医生匹配的混合推荐系统

摘要
我们与一家领先的欧洲医疗提供商合作,设计了一种在初级医疗中将患者与家庭医生进行匹配的机制。针对关于患者的可用信息水平不同的若干明确用例,我们定义了匹配流程。随后,我们采用混合推荐系统向每位患者呈现一份家庭医生推荐列表。特别地,我们利用大规模问诊历史数据集建模患者对家庭医生的信任,同时考量其关系的时间动态。我们提出的方法比启发式基线与协同过滤方法具有更高的预测精度,且所提出的信任度量进一步提升了模型性能。
