摘要
本文对自动摘要技术、数据集、模型及评估方法在法律领域的研究进行系统而及时的综述。通过具体的来源选择标准，我们全面审阅了超过120篇涵盖自然语言处理（NLP）现代“transformer”时代论文，填补了现有系统性综述在此方面的空白。我们沿多个维度呈现现有研究，讨论趋势、挑战及未来研究的机遇。
