摘要

对 IN14 冷中子三轴仪器单色仪后聚焦超镜镜的蒙特卡罗模拟分别采用仪器仿真程序 RESTRAX 和 McSTAS进行。将模拟结果与实验进行比较以检验其准确性。对于样品位置处 100 mm² 和 1600 mm² 的通量比，两种方法的比较良好，能量宽度的仿真与实验结果一致性很好。
