摘要
本文提出了一种具有大孔径/直径比、球差校正功能和集成致动器的超快自适应玻璃膜透镜的概念验证。该膜通过两个压电致动器直接变形，可调节焦距和圆锥参数。这种工作原理使得整个膜直径均可作为有效孔径。结合高效的致动机制，在厚度小于 2mm 的情况下，其孔径约为系统总直径的 2/3。在 12mm 孔径下，响应时间为几毫秒，与类似系统相比速度较快。
