本研究提出了一种用于糖尿病足溃疡自动检测的移动互联网与云框架,并考察了其性能。系统使用跨平台移动框架,可通过单一 TypeScript 代码库将移动应用部署到多个平台。一个深度卷积神经网络被部署到云平台,移动应用可发送患者足部照片进行推理以检测糖尿病足溃疡的存在。系统的功能与可用性在两个临床环境中进行了测试:Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust 与 Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust。讨论了该系统的益处,例如患者潜在可使用该应用识别并监测自身病情。
