摘要
离散化分子距离几何问题(DMDGP)由分子距离几何问题的一个子类组成,对于该子类,可以使用分支剪枝(BP)算法在离散搜索空间中找到其在 R3 中的嵌入。我们提出了 DMDGP 的 Clifford 代数模型,以及 accompanying 版本的 BP 算法。
