摘要

本文描述了构建一种能够在高达30 kV电压下工作的真空密封高压馈通的技术。该馈通具有同轴结构，带有接地护套，使其能够将高电压电位引入低温液体，而不会在液面上方的气相中产生表面放电风险。该馈通设计用于基于液化惰性气体（如氩或氙）的电离探测器。
