摘要
我们考虑泊松和负二项（即过离散泊松）率分布的分段问题。在分段中，一个重要的问题仍然是段数的选择。为此，我们提出了一种惩罚对数似然估计量，其中惩罚函数是在非渐近背景下参照 L. Birg\'e 和 P. Massart 的工作构建的。证明了所得估计量满足 oracle 不等式。我们在 RNA-seq 数据分析背景下，使用模拟数据集和真实数据集评估了我们准则的性能。
