In this note we correct two errors in our paper "On the Homology of Completion and Torsion", arXiv:1010.4386, that appeared in Algebras and Representation Theory (2014).

In this small note we correct an error made by Mohammadi et al. in their paper entitled "On Skew Cyclic Codes Over A Finite Ring" ( Iranian Jl. Math. Sci. Inform. Vol 14 (1) (2019), 135-145).

We correct a mistake in the construction of push-outs along free morphisms of algebras over a nonsymmetric operad in arXiv:1101.1634 [math.AT], and we fix the affected results in arXiv:1101.1634 [math.AT] and arXiv:1304.6641 [math.AT].

We discuss a concordance invariant constructed from Heegaard Floer homology "correction terms" and +/- 1 surgeries on knots in the three-sphere.

Withdrawn May 2005. There is an error in the even-dimensional case of the proof in the April 2005 version. The hoped-for 4-dimensional applications are unlikely to survive the repairs.
