摘要
近期对高温超导体La_(1.6-x)Nd_(0.4)Sr_(x)CuO_(4) (Nd-LSCO)的研究发现,在空穴掺杂浓度p = 0.24时,面内电阻率rho_(ab)呈线性温度依赖关系,热电势S/T呈对数温度依赖关系,并且在略低于p = 0.24处出现费米面重构[1, 2]。这些都是量子临界点(QCP)的典型特征。本文报告了在足够大的磁场(完全抑制超导电性)下,测量Nd-LSCO在QCP附近的c轴电阻率rho_(c)(T)随温度变化的数据。与rho_(ab)类似,rho_(c)在低温下出现上翘,这是由条纹序引起的费米面重构的特征。通过追踪上翘高度随掺杂浓度的降低,我们精确确定了条纹序终止的QCP位置,即p* = 0.235 ± 0.005。我们提出,上翘开始的温度T_(rho)标志着赝能隙相的起始,该温度大约是此材料中条纹序温度的两倍。
