“Zhores”——安装于斯科尔科沃科学技术学院的用于数据驱动建模、机器学习与人工智能的千万亿次超级计算机

摘要
近期在斯科尔科沃科学技术学院（Skoltech）的“计算与数据密集型科学与工程中心”（CDISE）启动的千万亿次超级计算机“Zhores”，为学院内的科学发现，尤其是数据驱动建模、机器学习和人工智能领域，开辟了新的令人振奋的机遇。该超级计算机采用最新一代 Intel 和 NVidia 处理器，为 Skoltech 科学家在数字制药、预测分析、光子学、材料科学、图像处理、等离子体物理等诸多领域中最耗费计算资源的任务提供算力。目前它在俄罗斯及独联体 TOP-50（2018）超级计算机榜单中位列第 6。本文中我们总结了该集群的特性，并讨论了这一科研仪器在 Skoltech 的实测性能与使用模式。
