女性榜样可减轻刻板印象威胁(即面临符合关于自身社会、性别或种族群体的负面刻板印象的风险)对女性的影响。这可能使女科学家因诸如不如男性有天赋或对科学不如男性感兴趣等负面刻板印象而表现不佳或离开科研生涯。遗憾的是,历史很少为女科学家提供榜样,反而常令她们隐身。针对这一状况,我们呈现了十二位助力发展核天体物理学的杰出女性之选介。
