局部星团矮星系的宽场 HR 图

摘要
我们呈现了对 Sextans 和 Leo I 矮星系的新观测，这些观测为这些星系的恒星群提供了新的见解。对 Sextans 中测量的大量恒星样本，使我们能够可靠地估计该星系的金属含量，研究群体的空间梯度，并探讨大量蓝 stragglers 的本质。在 Leo I 中，我们发现了一批显著的 RR Lyrae 变星。对检测到的变星的脉动特性进行分析表明，该星系是一个 Oosterhoff 中等对象，类似于 LMC 以及其他局部星团中的矮星系。
