我们演示了一种瓦级、kHz 纳秒脉冲 ASE 光源,其脉宽接近往返时间。该 ASE 采用无输出耦合镜的 Nd:GdVO 高增益反射几何结构。使用高消光比的电光 Q 开关 (EOQ) 器件,在三种有效腔长下脉宽分别达到 2.28、1.73 和 1.17 ns。所有这些脉宽均接近相应有效腔长的往返时间。在脉宽 1.17 ns 时,实现了 120 μJ 的最大输出能量与 100 kW 的峰值功率。与腔倾倒方法相比,本研究提供了一种获取高峰值功率短脉冲的便捷方法。
