基于Wannier相干势近似的实现及其在铁基过渡金属合金中的应用

摘要
我们发展了基于Wannier表示的相干势近似(CPA)公式，以构建一种计算高效的均匀随机合金处理方法，该方法独立于所应用的第一性原理电子结构代码。为验证该Wannier表示下CPA实现的性能，我们考察了铁基过渡金属合金Fe-X(X = V、Co、Ni和Cu)中的Bloch谱函数、态密度(DOS)和磁矩，并将结果与基于KKR Green函数方法的成熟CPA实现进行比较。Wannier-CPA与KKR-CPA给出的结果彼此非常接近。所提出的Wannier-CPA方法因其所需计算量低，对其他物理量和大型化合物体系具有广泛的潜在适用性。
