VLBI极化观测3C147

摘要
我们报告了使用VLBA在5GHz频段四个可用频率以及8.4GHz（仍在分析中）对紧凑陡斜谱类星系3C147（0538+498）的多频率VLBI观测。从中推导出毫弧秒分辨率的总强度、极化和旋转测量分布图像。该源显示核心-喷流结构，具有紧凑特征和喷流，延伸约200毫弧秒至西南方向。我们检测到内侧喷流中两个亮区的极化辐射；这些特征的旋转测量值约为-1630 rad m⁻²和-540 rad m⁻²。
