摘要
关于突变累积进化过程的新模型允许将关于突变效应年龄特异性的假设转化为异质性群体风险函数的预测。我们将这些模型应用于长寿生物人口学中的问题，包括对Gompertz风险和死亡率平台期的拟议解释，并利用它们探索融合衰老的进化模型和功能模型的可能性。
