摘要
在本文中，我们考虑一种一般形式的含噪压缩感知（CS），其中感知矩阵并非精确已知。此类情况存在于测量过程中存在缺陷或未知校准参数时。特别地，感知矩阵可能具有某种结构，使得扰动遵循固定模式。先前的工作集中于扩展近似消息传递（AMP）和LASSO算法以处理独立同分布（i.i.d.）扰动，而我们基于近期的VAMP算法，提出了处理结构化扰动的鲁棒变体向量近似消息传递（VAMP）算法。鲁棒版VAMP的性能通过数值实验进行了验证。
