拉曼散射观测到的孤立金属性碳纳米管中可变电子-声子耦合

摘要
我们报道了在具有确定手性指数的自由悬浮金属性碳纳米管的高能(G 模)拉曼模式中存在宽且弱不对称的特征。观测到峰宽(从 12 cm⁻¹ 到 110 cm⁻¹)随纳米管手性结构发生显著变化。当对纳米管进行静电门控时,峰宽减小。拉曼特征的展宽被理解为声子与电子-空穴对耦合的结果,其强度随纳米管的手性指数和费米能的位置而变化。
