V形槽量子线中的价带光谱学

摘要
我们提出了对V形量子线光学吸收各向异性的理论与实验综合研究。通过对这些结构进行真实的能带结构计算，我们表明，重空穴和轻空穴态的详细信息可以从各向异性光谱中独立于电子限制而单独提取出来，从而实现精确的价带光谱学。
