银河系外星系簇 EIS0048 在 z~0.64 处的 UV--NIR 剩余光度函数

摘要
我们从 ESO 非常大型望远镜获取的数据，推导银河系外星系簇 EIS 0048 在 z~0.64 处的 V、R、I、K 波段星系光度函数。数据覆盖从敏感于即使是低星形成率的紫外线到映射星系质量主体的近红外波段。通过将我们的数据和先前结果与纯光度演化模型进行比较，我们得出结论，在 z~1 时亮于 M^*+1 的星系已经组装完毕，在 z~1.5 时星形成几乎完成。
