摘要
我们提出了一种新的马尔可夫链蒙特卡洛方法，其中试探构型通过利用马尔可夫转移矩阵演化从先验分布中采样得到的状态来生成。我们给出了两种原型算法并推导了它们相应的接受准则。我们首先确定了控制采样质量的重要因素。然后将该方法应用于具有固定端点的聚合物构型采样问题。所提方法的应用范围从新生成模型的设计到特定蒙特卡洛算法（如构型偏置方案）可移植性的改进。
