通过基于隧道二极管振荡器的非接触式测量,在高达57 T的脉冲磁场中,沿面间(H//c)和面内(H//ab)方向,推导出了电子掺杂的K0.83Fe1.83Se2 (KFS1)、K0.8Fe2Se2 (KFS2) 和空穴掺杂的Eu0.5K0.5Fe2As2 (EKFA) 单晶的H-T相图。与EFKA相关的上临界磁场Hc2(T)的温度依赖性可由包含各向异性泡利顺磁贡献(H//ab时μ_BHp=114 T,H//c时86 T)的泡利模型解释。对于KFS1和KFS2在H//ab方向也是如此,而在H//c方向则观察到显著的上翘曲率,可由双能隙模型解释。尽管所研究化合物的超导态中存在反铁磁晶格序,但未观察到磁有序对Hc2(T)温度依赖性的影响。
