摘要
我们从教学角度提出了两种描述爱因斯坦方程应用于均匀各向同性宇宙的解的方法。第一种方法，我们定义了宇宙的有效引力势；第二种方法利用我们可以定义动力学方程组的事实。这些方法应用于不同的宇宙学模型，并依次讨论其性质。最终目的是为本科生第一门宇宙学课程提供可复习的简单示例。
