用于获取 Wi-Fi 接入点坐标的无监督学习技术

摘要
鉴于基于测距的定位技术的精度通常随可用锚节点数量的增加而提高，获取更多此类节点十分重要。为此，本文研究了一种无监督学习技术，用于获取与锚节点共存的未知节点的坐标。当用户在感兴趣区域内使用定位服务时，所提方法自动发现未知节点并估计其坐标。此外，该方法学习一条合适的校准曲线以校正原始距离测量的失真。因此，利用更多锚节点和经过良好校准的距离测量，可大幅提升定位精度。所提方法的性能在实用室内环境中使用商用 Wi-Fi 设备进行了验证。实验结果表明，无需任何真值数据即可同时确定未知节点的坐标与校准曲线。
