利用X射线光谱揭示超亮X射线源的本质

摘要
我们利用XMM-Newton公共档案中可用的最高质量数据，通过对其光谱形状的详细研究来探索超亮X射线源的本质。唯象模型使我们能够表征它们的光谱，而更具“物理动机”的模型则使我们能够探索这些特征背后的物理过程。这些物理模型暗示了恒星质量黑洞上存在极端（可能是超爱丁顿）的吸积。
