高温超导体谱函数中的普适瀑布状特征

摘要
通过对四种不同家族的p型铜氧化物进行高分辨率角分辨光电子能谱（ARPES）实验，在比以前研究的能量范围大得多的范围内，我们报告了谱函数中一个普适的高能异常现象的发现。该异常的特征是存在两个新的高能标度eV和eV，以及主ARPES谱函数在动量空间中沿菱形边界的钉扎。这一异常揭示了掺杂氧空穴与准粒子之间缺失的联系，为高温超导问题提供了全范围的相关相互作用。
