太赫兹域光学差频生成的通用图表

摘要
我们提出了一种通用且严谨的方法来研究太赫兹域的差频生成，通过定义一个合适的品质因数，将自由度数保持在最小。该方法依赖于适当归一化的图表，能够预测任何基于二次非线性材料中波传播系统的光-太赫兹转换效率。我们发现，我们方法的预测与迄今为止报道的最佳实验结果吻合良好，并且还能估算高质量GaSe的d22非线性系数。
