摘要
我们将 FeSb 中巨大 Seebeck 系数的驱动机制确定为与带隙内态密度相关的声子拖曳效应，我们证明该态密度源自过量铁。我们精确模拟了电子和热电势传输系数，并解释了迄今为止鲜被理解的不同响应函数中极大值与拐点的关联。我们的图景对试图利用 FeSb 惊人功率因子的努力具有深远影响。
