摘要
本文提出了一种基于智能手机的新系统，用于医疗保健、监测和诊断，该系统专为有效加强欠发达和发展中国家偏远、农村及未覆盖地区的公共卫生系统而设计。在这个一体化系统中，我们将健康监测和诊断设备数字化，使每个设备作为整个系统的最小“即插即用”传感器模块运行，从而大幅降低成本。此外，用于操作整个系统的易用智能手机应用程序减少了对熟练和受过培训的人力的需求，使其成为未覆盖农村地区政府卫生工作者的完美工具箱。
